  1. I have all the skill sets to become a good player. I can handle the ball, drive in effeciently, make good post moves, get rebounds, create shots, and make defensive stops. I could even be the best player in my school. I know I can do these things because I trained so hard to obtain these skills. But something that I could never fully obtain is confidence. I get nervous when people watch me and feel like everyone is going to judge even the smallest mistake I make. I swear to God I can drain 10 threes in a row when I am alone but when someone watches me I just get so awkward and I don't really know how or why I feel this way every time. Every time a game goes by I do average and I know deep down inside I could have been really dominant. Even when I play against scrubs it just keeps giving me that feeling. My last game I hit a clutch three and it felt really good but that bearing akwardness just kicks in once my confidence has cooled down. Ugh. My life would be so much simpler if I knew how to build confidence. It's harder than you think it is to build it up. Trust me, been trying to do it for the past 3 years and still found little to no luck. I hope that one day maybe, just maybe I can finally get that confidence and reach my true potential. I darn well know that I can besome great but it just takes that one step and sadly I missed it by a inch. Every like equals a prayer for me. That way I know that there are people out there who support me. I have just run out of ideas to bring back my confidence. This is probably my only hope.

  2. Which music is the best booster? What do u think?

  3. I just talk to myself and realised that we're all human beings. Eventhough they good they're complete there are some things they're are not good at. Or i should say "weaknesses" and because of that i gain i bit more confidence.

  4. On my first game in the league im so very nervous because im in the starting lineup then when the game starts im struggling .But my dad said dont be nervouse and do ur best and when the 2nd half starts i scored 10 staright and we won the game.

  5. I used this strategy and I went and killed ( not literally) on the court 🏀🏀

  6. What about this, I don't shot ingame, cause I'm afraid what coach will say when I miss.

  7. Come early for the game. Get to know the court, the players, feel the game ball before the game. Knowing all these things will calm you down, now all you have to do is warm up and play your game.

One big thing is practice like your play in a game. Practice should be intense. Every shot and layup should have game like pressure. This way when you play a game, it doesn't feel any more different or difficult.

  8. 1. Work out hard
    2. Practice 1000 jumpshots a day
    3. Hard Music Before Game 💪

  11. I was the best in my team when I was in 6th grade without a doubt. But for some reason I never tried hard barely scored. My trash coach was one part of it the second was my fault. And of course the ceiling of every court you can’t even shoot midrange

  25. I’m always nervous before a game so I don’t do as good as I know I could do

  26. The only thing I'm nervous about is getting embarrassed. Since I haven't played for 6 months, I've gotten rusty. My teammates aren't the most supportive, they laugh and joke about things, even when I miss a shot. Ofc it's nit just me, but since I haven't played in a while, I'm scared I'm going to make a fool out of myself.

  27. i get nerves when I'm on offense like im better on defense then offense like i can shoot but i don't know how to those crazy handle that a lot of woman basketball do

  28. My tip is to treat it like you are playing in the playground. Loosen up and relax. Listen to you favorite song and vibe to it. If you miss who cares, just take the game play by play and don't worry about the outcome. Just have fun and don't force anything.

    Hopefully these tips helped 🙂

  29. I could do good alone but I let my guard down in a game :/

  30. When I walk out on the court I tell myself I'm the best player on the damn floor and nobody can tell me otherwise

  31. I just be scared that the coach might get mad at me 😑

  32. I play well when I have chemistry with my team, cause if I don’t know no one I don’t wanna mess up so I worry, but if my buddy is on the floor with me then I have confidence

  33. JESUS AND GOD LOOVVEESS YAAAAALLL SOOOOO MUUUUUCHH, DON’T BE SCARED OR ASHAMED TO TALK TO GOD ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS OR ABOUT ANYTHING‼️HELL IS A REAL PLACE ! JESUS DIED SO YOU WON’T GO TO HELL ! 34. I’m not scared scoring three I just scared to go in paint where everyone jumble up

  35. After I got dominant I stopped getting nervous lol I definitely used to visualize myself playing. I visualized making a game winner, I did that plus hit the shot that put us in ot and got my first dunk/poster in my last game of my sophomore year at just 15.
