This is gaining speed again on tik tok and a lot of people are saying America is being disrespectful. There is a stark difference between ignorance and disrespect. I'm more than certain there are things we as Americans grew up with that the rest of the world has to learn about for the first time at some point. I grew up in a poly house so the haka isn't new to me but I have traveled and its not uncommon that people have never heard of a very heritage specific war chant.
