i cant find any information about ankle supports/tape etc for my 12 yr old. He will play basketball this year and has had no previous injuries. im trying to prevent it. should i look into ankle tape for him or am i wasting my time. he has no ankle injuries ever.
I can’t really get that good at basketball cause in Australia it’s hard to practice because their is basketball at school only in the playground and idk if this is true but if u play basketball on the weekends I don’t thing u get an actual court u just like hoops and conecrete on the ground and also my backyard is fake grass so not as easy to dribble
